Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We understand that it can be disappointing when an online purchase doesn’t meet your expectations. To provide our customers with a hassle-free experience, we offer a comprehensive guarantee. Our return and refund policies are designed to be customer-friendly.

Before confirming your order, please carefully review the product details.

Wrong Item, Damaged Product, Incorrect Size, Incomplete Product:

If your goods are damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or of the wrong size, we are committed to offering the following options:

  • Replacement with the correct product.
  • Exchange for an alternative of your choice of equal value.
  • Refund of the full amount paid by you.

In any of the above cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products via email at woodenmart3@gmail.com, providing details and pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for the return pickup of the product. Upon return, a quality check will be conducted to determine if the quality issue is our responsibility rather than a result of misuse or abuse beyond our control.

  • If return pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you must self-return the product, and we will refund the courier charges (up to 10% of the order amount).

Once the returned product passes the quality check, ensuring it is unused and in its original packaging, an exchange or refund will be processed.

In the case of an incomplete product or missing items, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.

Didn’t Like the Product, Quality Concerns, Size Not as Expected, Changed Mind, Don’t Need Anymore:

While we strive to ensure only the best quality products reach our customers, we acknowledge the artistic nature of our offerings may result in slight variations in looks and finish. If you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us via email within this 7-day period. We will arrange for the return pickup, and upon return, the product will undergo a quality check. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, an exchange or refund (with a 15% deduction for return shipping) will be processed.

For prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction, while COD orders require sharing account details for processing refunds. COD charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Ensure products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged, and include all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch without additional costs. Contact us through our customer care number or email at woodenmart3@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Custom Product Orders:

Custom products, created on your request, are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if an incorrect or damaged product is received.

Furniture Product:

Orders exceeding INR 3,000 fall under the Furniture Product category. The standard return and refund policies do not apply. Furniture products are non-refundable; only defective or damaged items can be replaced individually. Furniture orders can be canceled within 48 hours; afterward, cancellation is not possible as they are made to order. The delivery time will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation, and extra time may be required depending on the volume.
